You handle our regular service and installation work. We have a snow melt boiler in addition to our home unit. We have been trying for a couple of years to have your crew give us some answers on our snow melt system. We first started with David, who really never furnished a complete quote before he left. I have learned a little since the beginning of this quest. Our snow melt system was probably not property sized and the piping in the driveway area did not have the heat reflective paper placed under it. I worry that the intake and exhaust air for this boiler might be in the eve area. I would like for you to look at the intake and exhaust with IR camera to determine where it was placed and if place incorrectly to give me a price for properly placing it in the wall. Second the boiler is an old unit and we would like to replace Third, this summer we would like to determine if we replaced the boiler and used the existing piping from the boiler to the driveway and installed new lines in the driveway, with reflective paper under the pipes if it would function using the existing piping from the boiler From my questions with Woody, our service tech, I believe these are the basic questions we need to answer. I would like to have you do the research so we can proceed with this work this summer. I believe I have left messages at your company recently. I believe I left a voicemail for Justin this past week. Thank you, Ronnie Baker

I just have two things I need cleaned. One is a laundry/dryer vent that I think has a little dead bird inside. The other is above my cooking range. thanks

We have an older Lenox heating system that is working fine but always a good idea to service for winter. Also, we have not cleaned out our air ducts in a while. We have forced air heat. So this is another item I would like to schedule. Our house is smaller - about 2,500 square feet living space. Thank you!
